first day of Chemo.

D. Irish: I am a woman a little over 4 decades old and a little over 5 ft. tall...okay, 5'3. I've been married for 25+ yrs. have four grown up people who used to be children, and learned that they never really were mine...but on loan for me to raise...thankfully with help! I have pursued many different interests, some as careers...fitness, firefighting, EMT, Phlebotomist (not lobotomist), X-ray tech aide, real estate agent, waitress, and now cosmetologist! Love to watch people...I marvel at the compassion we can display as people at times, and am sickened by our selfishness at times. I wonder how people can see good as evil and evil as good and am perplexed at how we make excuses for our bad behaviors, and seek to blame others for our problems instead of being grown ups and accepting responsibility for ourselves! How much better our world would be if we did this!
